Group will commence on Thursday 21st November in Darby & Joan Small Hall

A few words from the convenor:

Due to the nature of contract Bridge. I will be leading the sessions explaining how to approach the game from first principles. Once the group has confidence in their play, I expect to help them develop their skills by concentrating on one aspect of play each week and then giving everyone the opportunity to try out new ideas.

In the longer term, we are hoping to have a group confident in their play so that they will enjoy meeting friends for a sociable game of cards. Whilst it is not our intention for players to move onto playing at a local bridge club, I would hope that the approach we take would allow players to go in that direction if they wish.
