Art Appreciation is the process of learning how to look at and understand the visual arts. It is not so much about the history of the art not liking or disliking the art. We simply seek to understand the creative process and consider our response to it.

This is not a taught course in art history; members of the group volunteer to run the sessions and explore aspects of the subjects that fascinate them. Members also get involved with arranging visits to galleries, exhibitions and events.
