Monthly Thursday pm

This group now meets on the first Thursday of the month at 2pm for 1 hour.

It is led by Gill Dalby.

The aim of each session is to encourage members to use and improve their spoken French and to build confidence.

Gill usually asks each person to tell the group about any news they might have and people can ask questions or generally discuss ideas. She also provides us with French texts to translate and discuss. Sometimes she brings in crosswords or other French games.

It is a group where we all try to be mutually supportive and there is much humour as well as learning.
