At the May meeting we will be looking at the history of some local businesses.

Boyes, Sydney Scarborough and Imperial Typewriters.

June

The plan for the June meeting is to look at:

The English Civil War in East and North Yorkshire

and a general history quiz

July

The history of the Seaside holiday on the Yorkshire coast. There will be a presentation by myself for the first part of the meeting and then those who wish to share any memories, stories, photos or postcards etc will be encouraged to do so.
